Psalm 28 Praising the Lord

Posted by adventbiblestudy on August 9, 2011

(Psalms 28:6) Give praise to the LORD; he has heard my cry for help.

Remember all the good things God has done, and all He has created. Remember all the times the Lord has been near, and sent His holy angels to guide, protect, and comfort me. I know the Lord will always hear my prayers, and cries for help.

When I praise the Lord, He hears me, and helps me according to His will. This world is a trial, and I need the Lord to be the best example of Him everyday.

(Psalms 28:7) The LORD protects and defends me; I trust in him. He gives me help and makes me glad; I praise him with joyful songs.

Before I even cry out to the Lord, he has already provided for my protection and defense against the temptations of the day. I try my best to trust completely in Him, and He sends His Spirit to guide, and prepare me. I am thankful for the help God sends me. Some times it is His voice. Other times He comforts me through His servants. I praise the Lord for all He has done for me.

(Psalms 28:8) The LORD protects his people; he defends and saves his chosen king.

The Lord looks over me. He knows when the enemy is near, and what Satan is planning. God’s plan for me has been established. His protection is from the foundation of the earth to all eternity.

I always have God’s protection if I stay near him, He knows how to protect me from even the things I can not see. He will always protect me if I ask him to, He will never leave me in my time of need.

(Psalms 28:9) Save your people, LORD, and bless those who are yours. Be their shepherd, and take care of them forever.

Save me Lord, and bless me because I am yours. I want give all of myself to you. I want to be saved. Lead me with your love and care forever.

I am yours Lord, save me from all the pain of this world and give me your blessing. You are my shepherd, I will follow you with all my heart, please take care of my needs.
