(Isaiah 62:1) For Zion’s sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth.
The Lord will not rest, but will labor on, calling all of His people, each and everyone to His righteousness and salvation, which will shine forth as a light in the darkness, so no one will miss it.
(Isaiah 62:2) And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.
Everyone will see the righteousness of Jesus, even the leaders who so often are blinded by corruption will not be able to deny His existence. All those who are saved will be called by a new name. Each one given personally by the mouth of the Lord.
(Isaiah 62:3) Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.
I will also be crowned as a brother with Christ. Today we serve, in Heaven we will all see Christ who will rule to serve His kingdom, and us as his crowning victory and reward.
(Isaiah 62:4) Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.
In Heaven I will never feel betrayed, forgotten or hurt, my world will no longer feel empty, lonely, or unsecured. I will find my happiness in the arms of the Lord, a union and bond which will never be compromised, forgotten, or broken.
